What can I afford?
Knowing and guessing what you can afford is very different! When we work together we will make sure you know and stay in your budget.
Here are a few steps you can take now:

Create a budget. You can use an Excel or Google sheet to help you calculate. Factor in things like vacations, childcare, eating out, whatever is most important to you for your quality of life. Be sure to include an emergency savings fund for unexpected home repairs!

Contact a local lender to help you determine what price range home will work best with your budget. Based on how much you are planning to invest in a down payment and your current credit score, they can provide you with the loan products that will best fit your needs. I can provide you a list of local lenders with whom I've worked and trust
